Sheretti Cheche B lies due south of Abuja CBD immediately to the south of Ring Road 3. The site is composed of three parcels of land flanked on the east by the Transit Way and divided by an arterial road and district collectors that conveniently prescribe three Neighbourhoods as part of a Sherette Cheche B District.

The 4km long ‘green link’ distinguishes the Masterplan from conventional plans. The green link follows the topography , threading its way from the northeast of the site to the southwest The plan covers an area of 260ha and provides circa 8,660 du's with an estimated population of 51,960.
