Team: Arkitek Tenggara consisting of Tay Kheng Soon, Robert Powell, Chua Beng Huat, Lai Chee Kien, Rob Hearne.
The Kampong Bugis Develoment Guide Plan set out to challenge the conventional approach of the Singapore URA to planning of urban areas. I acted as Planning Consultant to Akitek Tenggara. The site is 76 ha and the projected population is 30,315 persons.
